Online Orders:
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an order number directly to the email address provided during checkout. Order processing takes 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirming shipping and tracking number. Shipping time depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout.
Standard and ground shipping within the United States takes 4-8 days. If you do not receive your items within 14 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at hello@mellow-bar.com with your order number. If you change your mind about your purchase, packages that are unopened, unused and in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of purchase date. Please reach out to hello@mellow-bar.com to start the process. If there was an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact hello@mellow-bar.com and we will help you right away. *Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded. All gift cards and trial products are final sale.
In-store Purchases:
Products that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging may be returned at the original location of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only, and receipts must be presented at the time of return.
Please note that gift returns can only be refunded to the original method of payment.
